Refund policy

Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  If you receive a broken or damaged item please take a photo showing the item's label as well as the damaged area of items. Broken items are eligible for replacement once photos have been submitted. Please email these photos to us at onelove@olcandles.com. Please keep all items until you have heard back from us.
